Hi everyone,

This month, Temus crossed our one-and-a-half-year mark since the company was established to support the transformation of enterprises and public sector agencies in Singapore and beyond.

We officially introduced Temus yesterday morning, as we aim to bring a greater level of awareness to our sense of collective mission, aspirations, and the tangible impact that we are creating with our employees, customers, and partners. We were thrilled to hear Srijay Ghosh, our Founding Member and Chief Revenue Officer, discuss this news ‘live’ on CNA938 . 

Growing talent, building capabilities, transforming together… 

Temus today counts some of the country’s most future-forward government agencies and large enterprises as our customers – a marked achievement in just under 18 months. To serve their growing digital aspirations, our workforce is expected to grow by five-fold over the next three years, adding to our strong bench of talents in strategy, design, architecture, technology, data & artificial intelligence.

Two weeks ago, we launched Step IT Up x Temus: a ‘hire, place and train’ programme to expand our digital talent pool and unlock digital opportunities in Singapore - especially for people with no prior coding or software programming training and experience. The Business Times  published a feature on Step IT Up x Temus on the very morning that we shared this news with the media. CNA also featured Step IT Up x Temus in a commentary that was published in conjunction with the Prime Minister’s call for workforce transformation at this year’s National Day Rally. 

We were also delighted to welcome the Dreamcloud team to Temus, as we embark on building and transforming the digital future together. Dreamcloud evolved as a home-grown Singapore-headquartered, award-winning system integrator, and a pioneer in the low-code space. The integration of Dreamcloud’s capabilities will complement Temus’ tech modernisation capabilities to help customers develop, deploy, and scale digital solutions with speed. 

… And we’ve only just begun.

In the months ahead, we will be embarking on further plans to build on our momentum, and shape conversations around digital transformation and value-centricity, and rally more people to ‘Be the Change’.

As Temus grows, we will unlock even greater value for our customers by catalysing digital transformation holistically, for economic and societal impact.
