Who is Decision Science Agency?

DS is a Singapore-based digital transformation solutions provider that creates high value applications for government and commercial use cases.

DS was founded in 2013 by Collin Ang, and he continues to lead a team of 76 professionals from Singapore, Vietnam and Malaysia today. The company has effectively moved from its focus on improving digital marketing efficiencies to building a competitive agile application development practice with strong experience in public sector.

In 2019, DS was ranked 25th in The Straits Times Singapore’s fastest growing companies’ rankings. Their clients span government agencies and Multinational Corporations. 

Who is Temus?

Temus was established by Temasek in partnership with UST, to catalyse digital transformation for the private and public sectors. 

Our approach is powered by a deep understanding of people, processes, and value centricity, unlocking economic and societal value, and accelerating the present into the future.

Following the completion of the acquisition, DS will be integrated within Temus as ‘a Temus entity’ - driving forward a continued focus on its customers, partners, and community with the full strength of Temus behind them.

DS employees have joined the Temus team. DS' founding CEO, Collin Ang, has joined Temus as Managing Director. He will focus on expanding software development offerings under our Technology Modernisation Centre of Excellence.
